As a Certified LYT Yoga® teacher and physician, I bring a unique, evidence-based approach to yoga. My classes are built on the principles of physical therapy, neurology, and sustainable movement—helping you align, energize, and reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom.
At Sunshine Studios Yoga, I teach specialized functional yoga grounded in the LYT Yoga® Method—where yoga meets physical therapy. This approach champions freedom through smarter, safer, and more conscious movement patterns, focusing on alignment, posture, and long-term mobility.

Located within Sunshine Studios Yoga, the Center for Movement & Motherhood is the heart of our prenatal and postnatal programming. This physician-led center offers functional, evidence-informed movement for pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond—blending yoga, corrective exercise, and education to support your body’s strength, recovery, and confidence.
The Motherhood Movement Series – Our signature small-group classes. Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga – Safe, functional movement to ease pain, improve posture, and prepare for or recover from birth.
