We prioritize safety, alignment, and awareness over the appearance of a pose—honoring how your body evolves from week to week. Root to Rise: Postnatal Yoga

Root to Rise is a thoughtfully designed Postnatal Yoga class created for mothers in the weeks, months and years after giving birth. 

 

Motherhood transforms the body - from the pelvic floor and deep core to the breath, posture and nervous system. This class honors that transformation. Rebuild with intention.
